Warranty, Exchange & Refund Policy

A 15-day exchange warranty applies exclusively in cases of manufacturing defects or when exchanging for another product.

If the customer chooses not to accept the order upon delivery, the shipping fees must be paid directly to the courier, and the order will not be received.

Once an order has been received and accepted, no refund or return is permitted, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.

Bullets are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as they are classified as single-use consumable items, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or remains sealed.


Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 3 business days.
• Other Governorates: Delivery within 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

For deliveries outside Cairo and Giza, shipping fees must be paid in advance before dispatch to ensure order confirmation and seriousness.

All shipping fee details and payment instructions are clearly communicated via WhatsApp, and an official confirmation message is sent prior to order dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical circumstances.
